摘要 为了解决新能源汽车电机机壳铝合金低压铸造铸件内部树脂覆膜砂工艺制成的砂芯清理问题,提高电机机壳低压铸造的合格率,设计了自动清砂设备控制系统。该系统以PLC作为控制核心,通过振动、旋转铸件的方式,使砂芯与铸件快速完全脱离;再通过高压气体间歇喷吹,将被震碎的砂芯排出铸件内部;最后接入高压水对清砂效果进行检验。结果表明,该设备可有效清理螺旋水道砂芯,大大提高铸件的生产效率和合格率。 In order to solve the problem of cleaning the sand core made by resin coated sand process in low-pressure casting of aluminum alloy motor shells for new energy vehicles and improve the qualification rate of the motor shells of electric vehicles, a system with PLC as the control centre was designed for the automatic sand cleaning equipment. By vibrating and rotating the casting, the sand core and the casting were quickly and completely separated, and then the high-pressure gas was intermittently injected to blow the broken sand core out of the spiral waterway of the casting, and finally the sand removing effect was checked by connecting the high pressure water into the spiral waterway. The results show that the system can clean the spiral waterway effectively, and improve the production efficiency and qualification rate of the motor shell castings.
