摘要
养蚕业在中国具有悠久的历史。蚕沙作为养蚕业的副产物,资源闲置严重,给环境带来巨大压力。从蚕沙中提取叶绿素,用于医药、保健等领域,将提高蚕沙的经济效益。以蚕沙为原料,丙酮-乙醇混合溶剂为提取剂,采用超声波辅助法对蚕沙中叶绿素的提取方法进行了研究。
Planting mulberries and raising silkworm, which can produce millions of silkworm excrement,has a long history in china, and silkworm excrement is the co-product of sericulture occupation. But nowdays, most of the silkworm excrement is optionally discarded, and it brings a huge pressure to the enviroment. The ultrasonic-assisted method of chlorophyrl has been investigated with silkworm excrement as raw material and acetone-ethanol as extraction solvent.
