摘要
利用机械搅拌和超声波辅助法将多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)分散于海藻酸钠(SA)水溶液中,然后将混合溶液滴入CaCl2水溶液中,制备了具有高吸附性的复合凝胶球(SA/MWNTs-Ca),研究了包埋不同含量MWNTs的SA/MWNTs-Ca凝胶球对甲基橙(MO)溶液的吸附脱色性能。结果表明:SA/MWNTs-Ca凝胶球对甲基橙具有吸附脱色效果,随着MWNTs含量的增加,SA/MWNTs-Ca凝胶球的脱色率提高,MO溶液的电导率和溶解氧指数也发生变化。
Firstly,the multi walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) was dispersed in sodium alginate(SA) solution assisted by mechanical stirring and ultrasonic,and then a high absorption of composite gel ball(SA / MWNTs-Ca) was prepared by dropping the SA/MWNTs mixture into CaCl2 aqueous solution.The adsorption decolorization performance of SA/MWNTs-Ca gel balls with different MWNTs contents for methyl orange(MO) solution was investigated.The results showed that the SA/MWNTs-Ca gel balls have the adsorption decolorization performance.Increasing the MWNTs content,the decolorization rate of SA/MWNTs-Ca gel ball could be improved,and the dissolved oxygen and conductivity of MO solution were also changed.
