重复性和再现性测量在电容器质量控制中应用 被引量:1

摘要 电容器心子卷绕后容量测量值是确定和修正自动卷绕机工艺参数(圈数设定)的依据,如何提高测量精度、减少测量误差是值得重视和研究的问题。实践证明采用重复性和再现性技术来指导测量系统的改进,能提高测量精度,是提高电容器质量的一种有效方法。 Capacity measurements of capacitor rolls after winding is the basis of identifying and cor-recting automatic winding machine' s process parameters ( set of turn numbers). The issues on how to improve measurement precision and reduce measurement error is worthy of attention and study. It is proved by practice that the use of repeatability and reproducibility technology to instruct improve-ment of the measurement system can enhance measurement precision and is an effective way to im-prove quality of capacitor.
