摘要
测量系统分析是工程应用领域中分析测试数据是否可靠的方法之一。阐述了测量系统分析的基本概念、重复性和再现性的定义、测量系统分析的前提、数学模型、测量系统能力的评价准则,同时以电子枪旋转度测量系统为例阐述了利用Minitab进行测量系统分析的过程,并对Minitab生成的图形进行分析和阐述。
MSA is one of the method that it analyzes the reliability of testing data in engineering application. This paper discusses the basic concept, repeatability and reproducibility definition, precondition, mathematics model and criteria of MSA. It also analyzes MSA process of PGA rotation with Minitab, and it analyzes in detail graphs generated by Minitab.
