摘要
目前,高职院校图书馆采编工作面临一些突出的现实问题,不仅影响到采编工作的质量效益和管理水平,也直接影响到图书、期刊与报纸等纸质资源的馆藏质量、广大师生读者满意率和图书馆窗口服务水平,引入ISO9000质量管理体系,并贯穿实施于整个采编业务的全过程,可以全面提升图书馆采编工作质量和管理水平。
At present, collecting and categorizing work in the vocational college library faces a few prominent problems which not only seriously affect the quality and management of collecting and categorizing work, but also directly influence the collection quality of books, periodicals and other paper resources, rate of readers＇ satisfaction and level of library service. It is urgent to introduce ISO9000 quality control system and implement it throughout the whole process of collecting and categorizing, thus improving the quality and management of collecting and categorizing work.
