摘要
校企合作成为高职院校又快又好发展、真正实现人才培养目标的必由之路。校企合作不仅可以打通人才通往企业的渠道,实现学生高质量就业,而且对推进课程改革、人才培养模式改革、教师队伍建设等都具有重要意义。所以,成功的校企合作应是学校和企业的"双赢"工程。文章通过分析目前校企合作的现状、存在问题提出了一些应对措施。
Cooperation between college and enterprise is a route vocational colleges must take to develop themselves faster and better and achieve their goal of cultivating talents. Cooperation between college and enterprise can not only lead to students＇ high quality employment, but also promote the curriculum reform, talent training mode reform, faculty construction. Successful cooperation is a win-win project of both colleges and enterprise. This paper analyzes the present conditions and existing problems in cooperation between college and enterprise, and puts forward some countermeasures.
