摘要
生态文明是以人为轴心,关注人与生境间的和谐共生,追求人类社会在有限自然资源条件下获得可持续发展的反思性理念。城市生态文明遵循着社会发展规律、自然生态规律,有着一般生态的共性,也有自身的特殊性。城市生态文明建设需从政府责任、城市生态环境、城市居民心理三个维度出发,以采撷传统文化资源、尊重城市文化性格、发展生态经济、实施生态观教育为实施路径,创建生态文明城市。
Ecological civilization focuses on human, concerns about harmonious coexistence between human and environment and pursues reflective idea about sustainable development available for human being under limited natural resources. Urban ecological civilization obeys regular pattern of social development and natural ecology. It has the generality of common ecology , and also its peculiarity. The building of it should be started from three aspects of government responsibility, urban ecological environment and urban residents psychology through applying traditional culture resources, respecting urban cultural character, developing ecological economy and implementing educational idea of ecology to construct the ecological civilized city.
