应用型本科院校《员工招聘》课程的系统思考——基于教学的视角

摘要 在课程体系符合用人单位要求的前提下,毕业生只有具备了就业的核心能力,充分把握与用人单位接触过程中的每一个环节,才能使自己在众多求职者中脱颖而出,最终获得招录单位的青睐。从大学生求职角度出发,围绕高校毕业生专业能力的形成,改革《员工招聘》课程教学形式和方法,突出教学与专业能力的联系,强化对相关内容的学习和练习,有助于培育专业能力,提高大学生对求职过程的驾驭能力,同时,也能切实改进教学效果。 On the premise that students' curriculum system is in accordance with the requirement of employers, a graduate must be equipped with core competence of employment and have a good master of every process of the engagement with employers. Only by this way, can the graduates stand out from the rest employees and finally get the favor of recruiters. From the perspective of college students' job searching, with a focus on developing college graduates' professional ability, the teaching forms and methods of the curriculum Employee Recruitment should be reformed so as to highlight the connection between professional ability and the teaching and learning, and then reinforce the study and practice of relevant content. In doing so, students can tremendously improve their professional ability, thus dealing with the process of job-searching more freely. At the same time, the teaching efficiency can be improved effectively and considerably.
