核桃叶片总RNA提取方法的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对比Trizol、EASYspin和Qiagen 3种试剂盒提取方法,探讨适合核桃叶片总RNA提取的有效方法。结果表明EASYspin试剂盒提取的RNA纯度较高、完整性好,试验用时较短,且试剂盒成本较低。 Three methods of Trizol , EASYspin RN09 and Qiagen were compared in this paper to find out the effective method to extract total RNA from walnut leaves .The results showed that the RNA extracted with EASYspin RN09 kit had the higher purity and good integrality , and this method saved time and cost .
