摘要
针对国家西部大开发战略解决生态环境治理、加速经济相对落后地区和民族自治区发展的重点 ,依据经济发展、生态环境、自然—人文等状况 ,将西部区划分为远西部和近西部两个部分。这种划分 ,可以进一步明确近西部区和远西部区保护生态环境与发展区域农业经济的关系 ,可以按照实际情形 ,确立农业持续发展的生态—生产模式 。
According to the central governmental strategic focus on the eco environment improvement and acceleration of the economic progress in the western part,the Chinese west can be divided into two regions,the far and the near west,by the standards of developmental level of economy,ecological environment and nature human situation.In so doing,the relation between the two regions' improvement on the ecological environment and the development of regional agricultural economy can be clarified.Besides,the ecological and productive patterns of sustainable development in agriculture can be established,so as to facilitate the implementation of the great development of the western part strategy.
