放射性示踪剂氟去氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描-CT在大血管炎中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 大血管炎(LVV)是一组血管炎的总称,大动脉炎(TA)和巨细胞动脉炎(GCA)是最常见的大血管炎。LVV可有多种病因及病理生理过程,临床表现与实验室检查均不特异,如发热、疼痛、消瘦、疲乏等,这与其他类型的血管炎及各种系统性疾病的表现相同,因此LVV的诊断尤其早期诊断具有一定的困难。早期诊断在LVV中非常重要,早期诊断、早期治疗可以阻止管壁纤维化、动脉瘤、血管狭窄或闭塞的发生。影像学技术在LVV诊断中起重要作用,近年静脉注射放射性示踪剂氟去氧葡萄糖(fluorodexyglucose,18F—FDG)正电子发射断层扫描(PET—CT)的应用受到高度重视。
