摘要
超低温冷冻疗法是超低温保存技术在植物脱毒上的一个新的应用。由于其脱毒率高,操作简单,被认为是有效脱除植物病毒的方法,为脱毒苗的生产辟了一条新的途径。本文就超低温冷冻疗法脱毒的原理、操作程序、关键技术和在园艺植物上的新研究进展进行综述,并对其今后的发展进行了展望。
Cryotherapy is a novel application of plant cryopreservation in virus elimination. Due to high virus- free percentage and easy operation, it is considered to be the most effective detoxification method, and create a new path for the production of virus-free plantlets. In this paper, the principles, operating procedures, key tech- nology and the latest research progress in horticultural plants of cryotherapy were summarized; the future development of cryotherapy was discussed as well.
