摘要
目的:为了随时监控医院的贵重药品及抗菌药物的使用情况。方法:以"军卫一号"信息系统为平台编写合理用药追踪程序,对特定药品的流向进行全途径的追踪监管。结果:提高了质控管理部门的工作效率,有效地杜绝了不合理用药的发生。结论:通过实际应用,方便了职能科室的工作,提高了质量管理的工作效率,加强了合理用药的监管,弥补了现有信息系统的不足,提升我院信息系统的应用水平。
Objective： In order to monitor our precious medicines and the usage of antibiotics.Method： Based on ＂No.1 military medical project＂ information system as a platform to write rational drug use tracking program.Result： Improve the efficiency of the work of the quality management department, effectively prevent the occurrence of the irrational drug use.Conclusion： Through practical application, convenient for the work of the department functions, improve the efficiency of the work of quality management, strengthen the supervision of the rational drug use and make up for the deficiency of the existing information system, improve the application level of the hospital information system.
