Objective To study the effect of safe medication in elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients based on closed-loop management. Methods The 110 elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to the department of infectious diseases in the hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 and 15 medical staff who diagnose, treat and care for the patients were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the study subjects were divided into study group and routine group, with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group were administered routine medication management, and patients in the study group implemented targeted medication closed-loop management based on the routime group according to the common clinical medication errors.Compared management effects. Results The failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)method was used to analyze the potential risks in the dispensing process of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients. There was a statistically significant difference in the time-consuming process of drug use before and after closed-loop management(P<0.05).The correct rate of medication and patient satisfaction in the study group were higher than the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medication compliance and medication safety of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients who use closed-loop management medication are of great significance and are worthy of clinical promotion and use.
