摘要
通过对不同再生过程进行分析和计算 ,以kca/kt 值作为判据 ,给出了不同床层控制因素的半定量判断数值。即湍动床和鼓泡床的kca/kt 值在 0 .35以下 ,快速床在 0 .35~ 0 .6 5之间 ,输送床在 0 .6 5以上。认为kca/kt 值在0 .35以下时 ,为非动力学控制 ,宜采用改善催化剂流化质量和主风分布等措施来提高催化剂再生速度 ;在 0 .6 5以上时 ,宜采用提高再生温度、催化剂碳含量和氧分压等措施 ;在 0 .35~ 0 .6 5之间时 ,两种措施皆有效 ,可视情况而定。
Through analysis and calculation of different regeneration processes,the semi quantitative criteria based on the k ca / k t ratio for control factors of various beds were given.The k ca / k t ratio of turbulent bed and bubble bed are below 0.35, the fast bed is between 0.35~0.65 and the transfer bed is over 0.65.It was considered that when the k ca / k t ratio is below 0.35,the maincontrol factor for regeneration is non dynamic,improving catalyst fluidization and main air distribution is appropriate.When it is over 0.65,enhancing the regeneration temperature,the carbon content of catalyst and partial pressure of oxygen is appropriate.When it is between 0.35~0.65,the above mentioned measures are effective.
