摘要
在实验的基础上 ,考察了缩短反应时间对催化裂化产品分布和产品质量的影响。工业实践证明 ,在工程技术的配合下 ,缩短反应时间同时维持高的转化率 ,不仅可以大幅度降低干气产率 ,同时可改善产品分布和产品质量 ,提高催化剂的抗镍能力 ,增加装置效益。
Based on experiments,The effect of shortening reaction time on the quality of FCC products were investigated.Commercial practices showed that shortening reaction time and keeping higher conversion at the same time can not only greatly reduce the yield of dry gas but improve product distribution and quality,enhance the resistance to nickel and increase the economic benefits as well.
