摘要
目的通过实施品管圈活动提高护士对高危药品的认知度,以进一步规范高危药品的管理。方法成立品管圈组织,确立"提高护士对高危药品的认知度"主题,寻找护士对高危药品认知度低的主要问题及原因分析,开展高危药品知识培训、落实高危药品分级管理、利用多种途径宣传高危药品风险点。结果降低了护士高危药品管理及给药不良事件发生率(P<0.01或P<0.05),提高了护士对于高危药品管理和药理知识及操作水平(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动的开展可以提高护士对高危药品的认知水平。
Objective To improve nurses＂ perception of high alert medications by applying quality control circle （ QCC ）, so as to further standardize the management of high alert medications. Methods The methods included setting up a QCC team, and establishing the project of ＂improvement of nurses＂percep tion of high alert medication＂, looking for low high alert medications awareness of the main problems and reasons analyzation among nurses, carrying out the training of high alert medications,implementing the classification management of high alert medications and using a variety of ways to promote high alert medications risk point. Results The incidence of adverse events in the management and administration of high alert medications were reduced （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of knowledge and operation of high alert medications of nurses were improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The implementation of QCC can improve the level of nurses＇knowledge of high alert medications.
