摘要
目的探讨品管圈护理模式对神经外科护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法选取2013年12月~2014年12月于沈阳医学院附属中心医院神经外科就诊患者220例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各110例。对照组仅接受常规护理,主要按医嘱开展护理。研究组开展品管圈护理模式。统计护理不良事件及患者并发症发生率,以评价神经外科护理质量;采用自制问卷调查患者对健康知识的知晓情况、对护理工作的满意度以及住院时间。结果研究组护理不良事件及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组患者健康知识知晓评分高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组患者护理满意度（99.1%）高于对照组（81.8%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用品管圈护理模式对神经外科患者开展护理,可有效提升护理质量,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle nursing mode on nursing quality and patient′s satisfaction in Neurosurgery Department. Methods 220 patients treated in Department of Neurosurgery, Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method, each group of 110 cases. Only conventional nursing care was used in control group, mainly according to the doctor′ s advice to carry out nursing. Quality management circle nursing mode was carried out in research group. The incidence rate of nursing adverse events and complications were recorded to evaluate nursing quality of Neurosurgery Department. Patient′ s awareness of health knowledge, nursing job satisfaction and hospitalization time were investigated by using self-designed questionnaire.Results The incidence rate of nursing adverse events and complications in research group were significantly lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Patient′s health knowledge score in research group was higher than that in control group, hospitalization time in research group was shorter than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Nursing satisfaction of patient in research group（99.1%） was higher than that in control group（81.8%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality control circle nursing mode is carried out in neurosurgical patient, which can effectively improve the nursing quality and improve nursing satisfaction.
