摘要
研究了原料粉体纯度、预烧温度、烧结气氛等工艺条件对BaO -Sm2 O3 -TiO2 系MWDC性能的影响 ,并根据X射线衍射图 ,分析了烧结过程中 ,材料内部的相转变。
In this Paper, the preparation technology ( including the purity of raw materials, presintering temperature and sintering atmosphere ) of BaO-Sm 2O 3-TiO 2 system materials was studied. With the aid of XRD, the mechanisms of phase-change in materials were analyzed.
