摘要
针对目前葡萄糖传感器响应电流线性范围小 ,不能满足糖尿病诊断、治疗的问题 ,采用扩散限制膜来扩大线性范围 ,主要研究了以聚氨酯为扩散限制膜的葡萄糖传感器。研究了在不同制膜液浓度及不同浸渍次数的条件下 ,葡萄糖传感器的响应性能。结果表明 :没有引入聚氨酯扩散限制膜的葡萄糖传感器响应线性范围很小 (<2 .78mM) ;引入聚氨酯扩散限制膜后 ,随着制膜液浓度及浸渍次数的增加 ,葡萄糖传感器的响应线性范围增大 (最高可达 0 ~ 33 .3mM) ,灵敏度减小 ,对干扰物质抗坏血酸的响应电流减小 (最大可以减少 95 % )。说明聚氨酯扩散限制膜的引入是提高葡萄糖传感器响应线性范围的一种非常有效的方法 ,并能较大程度地消除干扰物质抗坏血酸的干扰作用。
In this paper, polyurethane diffusion limited membranes of glucose sensors were produced. Under the conditions of different polyurethane concentration and dip times, responses of glucose sensors were studied. The results indicated that glucose sensors'linear range were less than 2.78?mM without the addition of polyurethane diffusion limited membranes; With the addition of polyurethane diffusion limited membranes,the glucose sensors'linear range was extended. Moreover, with the increase of polyurethane concentration and dip times, glucose sensors'linear range extended up to 33.3?mM,sensitivity decreased and response current of ascorbic acid decreased greatly. The results showed that the introduction of polyurethane diffusion limited membranes not only extended glucose sensors' linear range, but also eliminated greatly the interference of ascorbic acid .
