摘要
针对中、低品位磷矿湿法磷酸料浆过滤强度较低的现状 ,根据固液分离的基本原理 ,将磷酸料浆经过沉降分级 ,再将分级后的稠浆和稀浆通过分步加料形成分层过滤。分别对分层过滤情况下的料浆浓度、料浆温度、延时加料时间及稀、稠料浆液比等参数对过滤强度的影响进行了实验研究。研究结果表明 ,分层过滤新工艺可比传统的混合过滤提高过滤强度 2 0 %。
Based on the theories of solid liquid separation, the phosphoric acid slurry is sedimentatel and separated. After separation, the thick and thin slurry forms layered filtration by step by step feeding. The influences of parameters on filter rate, such as concentration, temperature, delayed feeding time, and the ratio of thick slurry to thin slurry, have been studied. The results show that the layered filtration process can lead the filter rate 20% higher than traditional filtration process.
