摘要
以过硫酸铵(APS)-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原体系为引发剂,采用水溶液自由基聚合反应合成了丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)的共聚物,可用作两性絮凝剂。研究了单体物质的量比和质量分数、反应温度等对聚合反应的影响。当n(AM)∶n(AMPS)∶n(DMDAAC)=8∶1∶1,单体质量分数为30%,反应温度为50℃时合成的聚合物热稳定性高,用于净化洗煤水、污泥脱水等都有良好的效果,与无机絮凝剂复配效果更好。
The copolymers of acrylamide with 2 - acrylamide - 2 - methyl propane sulfonic acid and dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride as amphoteric flocculant have been prepared by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution,by using(NH4)2S2O8(APS)- NaHSO3 redox initiation system. The major factors affecting the polymerization reaction are investigated,including the molar ratio of monomers and mass fraction,the reaction temperature,the initiator, etc. When n(AM) ∶ n(AMPS) ∶ n(DMDAAC) = 8 ∶ 1 ∶ 1, the monomer fraction is 30%,the reaction temperature is 50 ℃, The product is effective and stable under high temperature. It can be used for coal-washing wastewater, sludge-dewatering, etc, having better result, when prepared with inorganic flocculants.
