摘要
超声作为一种实时、便捷的检查手段,被广泛用于肝细胞癌破裂出血急诊或床旁诊断。近些年发展起来的超声造影技术目前成为快速诊断肝细胞癌破裂出血的首选方法。本文对超声诊断肝细胞癌破裂出血的研究进展进行综述。
As a real-time and convenient screening tool, ultrasound has been widely used in the emergency department or bedside diagnosis of bleeding from ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology developed in recent years has become the first option in the rapid diagnosis of bleeding from ruptured HCC. This review focuses on the advances in ultrasound in the diagnosis of bleeding from ruptured HCC.
