摘要 目的探讨实时灰阶超声造影在急性肾损伤中的诊断价值。方法在全麻状态下开腹,对18只新西兰大白兔的肾脏分别实施不同程度锐器及钝器损伤,应用常规超声、实时灰阶超声造影观察肾脏变化,并与手术及病理诊断结果对照。结果实时灰阶超声造影判断肾损伤的准确性及不同损伤程度的敏感性,显著高于常规超声(P<0.05)。结论实时灰阶超声造影检查能显著提高急性肾损伤的检出率,提高超声诊断敏感性和准确性。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of real time gray-scale ultrasound contrast imaging in assessing acute renal trauma in rabbits. Methods Blunt and piercing renal trauma were induced in 18 white New Zealand rabbits under systemic anesthesia. Conventional uhrasonography and gray-scale contrast enhanced ultrasonogaphy were performed to detect the traumatic lesion. The results of ultrasonography were compared with operation and pathologic findings. Results Accuracy of detecting acute renal trauma and sensitivity of evaluating severity of renal trauma with Gray-scale contrast enhanced ultrasonogaphy were higher than that of conventional ultrasonography (P〈0. 05). Conclusion This experimental study showed high sensitivity and specificity of real time gray-scale ultrasound contrast imaging in demonstrating renal trauma.
