摘要
建立了高炉炉顶煤气管道球形节点力学模型 ,提出了边界条件和载荷的处理方法。对高炉炉顶煤气管道球形节点进行了有限元计算 ,求出了应力分布规律 ,对球壳的安全性进行了评价。
The mechanical model of spherical node of coal pipelines of blast furnace is built. Its boundary conditions and loads are presented. Its finite element analyses are used for this structure. Its stress distributing rules are obtained and the security of this structure is evaluated.
