基于有限元分析的高炉荒煤气管系自然补偿设计研究

摘要 高炉荒煤气管系设计宜优选自然补偿方案。本文以某高炉荒煤气管系自然补偿设计为例,基于有限元分析方法,先确定了管系路由,再对局部应力集中部位进行分析优化,使管系各部位的应力水平相当,整个管系应力水平控制在许可范围内,实现了管系的自然补偿设计。采用有限元分析方法,可揭示管道局部应力集中的部位、应力水平的主要控制因素和规律,进而合理选择管道相关参数,满足自然补偿设计要求。 The natural compensation scheme should be chosen in the blast furnace's crude gas piping system design.Taking the natural compensation design of a blast furnace's crude gas pipeline system as an example,this study employs finite element analysis(FEA)to first determine the pipeline routing.Subsequently,localized stress concentration areas are analyzed and optimized to ensure comparable stress levels across all sections of the pipeline system.By controlling the overall stress within the allowable range,the natural compensation design of the pipeline system is successfully achieved.The finite element analysis method effectively identifies stress concentration points,reveals key controlling factors and patterns influencing stress levels,and guides the rational selection of pipeline parameters to meet natural compensation design requirements.This approach provides a method and practical reference for optimizing similar pipeline system designs.
