摘要
首先分析了流程再造对研究开发流程绩效的作用机理 ,即通过对业务流程的重新设计 ,提高流程所涉及的资源 (人力资源、知识资源、信息技术等 )的配置效率 ,从而改善流程的绩效。在此基础上 ,建立了研究开发流程再造效果的评价指标体系 ,利用模糊综合评价法构建了评价模型 。
This paper first analyzes the mechanism of process reengineering affecting the measurement of R&D process.On the basis of this,it sets up an evaluating indexes system of the effect of R&D process reengineering and constructs an evaluating model through comprehensive fuzzy assessment.This paper presents an example of application of this method in the end.
