基于传输函数的电光强度调制器谐波失真分析

Harmonic distortion analysis of electrooptic intensity modulator based on its transfer function

摘要 为了研究电光强度调制器的谐波失真,根据其传输曲线提出了新的分析方法。本方法利用多项式函数拟合传输曲线,结合电光强度调制器的输入参数直接计算得到谐波失真。实验结果以及与傅立叶分析方法的对比证明了本方法是可行且准确的。 In order to characterize the distortion of electrooptic intensity modulators, we propose a novel method based on its transfer function. This method uses the polynomial transfer function and input parameters analytically express the harmonic distortion of the electrooptic intensity modulators. Simulation and experiment are designed and demonstrate this method is feasible and accurate.
