摘要
目的研究湖北巴戟天的Damnacanthus officinarum Huang(DOH)根的95%乙醇提取物中的成分。方法对湖北巴戟天根的95%乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,萃取物经硅胶、高效液相色谱法等现代分离方法进行了分离纯化,利用现代波谱学方法对其结构进行了鉴定。结果从湖北巴戟天中分离得到9个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、二十四烷酸(Ⅱ)、1-羟基-2-羟甲基蒽醌(Ⅲ)、齐墩果酸乙酸酯(Ⅳ)、茜素二甲醚(Ⅴ)、百眼藤A(Ⅵ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)、2-羟基-l-甲氧基蒽醌(Ⅷ)、2,5-二羟基-1-甲氧基-蒽醌(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ为首次从湖北巴戟天植物中发现,也是首次从虎刺属植物中得到。
Objective To study the constituents from 95% ethanol extract of Damnacanthus officinarum Huang (DOH). Meth- ods 95% ethanol extract of Damnacanthus officinarum Huang (DOH) was extracted by the petroleum ether , Ethyl acetate and n - butanol. The compounds were isolated by means of chromatography on silica gel and HPLC and the structures of them were i- dentified by spectroscopic analysis. Results Nine compounds were isolated as [3 - sitosteol, Lignoceric acid, 1 - hydroxy - 2 - hydroxy - methylanthraquinone, oleanolic acid acetate, alizarin dimethyl ether, Morinda parvin A, daucosterol, 2 - hydroxy - 1 - methoxyanthraquinone, 2,5 - dihydroxy - 1 - methoxyanthraquinone. Conclusion Compounds II, IV, V, VI, VII, IX were ob- tained from the Damnacanthus officinarum Huang for the first time, and were discovered from the Damnacanthus species for the first time.
