美国专职创业教育教师队伍建设的经验与启示 被引量:15

The American Experience and Its Enlightenment of Constructing Full-time Faculty Team for Entrepreneurship Education

摘要 美国在专职创业教育教师队伍建设方面积累了丰富的经验:创业学博士生项目的开展有助于为高校培养合格的专职创业教育教师;创业学教职的设立有利于高校专职创业教育教师队伍的稳定;专业发展方向为创业教育教师专业化成长提出了明确的要求。当前,美国社会各界为专职创业教育教师创造良好的职前和职后发展环境,构建了多渠道的保障体系。可见,美国专职创业教育教师的数量增长和质量提升是一个有机系统,这是我国应该加以借鉴的。 Nowadays,America has explored many effective ways to construct lull-time faculty team for entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship PhD project helps to cultivate qualified full-time faculty, entrepreneurship tenure faculty positions are conducive to the stability of full-time faculty,professional development direction puts forward clear requirements of faculty professional growth. At present, different sectors of American society provide the full-time entrepreneurship education faculty with a good environment for pre-training and post-training and build multi-channel security system. It is obvious that the increase in the number and quality improvement of America full-time entrepreneurship education faculty is an organic system, which would be a good reference to our country.
