摘要
创业教育师资是开展创业教育课程的关键所在。目前国内高校创业教育师资整体水平不高,已成为创业教育发展的瓶颈。面对创业教育师资现状,可以在借鉴西方发达国家成功经验的前提下走本土化道路,完善培训、考评、激励三大机制,进而推动高校创业教育师资队伍建设。
The quality of teaching facultics is the key to launching college entrepreneurship education. However, the low level of teaching faculty has become the bottleneck of college entrepreneurs in China today. To change the status quo, we should learn from western developed countries, education and step on- to a right path with Chinese characteristics. The formatioil of the training, evaluating and stimulating mechanisms are of great importance to push the construction of teaching faculties of college entrepreneur- ship education
