Optimization design of key structure of countercurrent permanent magnetic drum separator

摘要 磁性矿物的回收率是考核磁选设备性能的一项重要指标。以传统的逆流式永磁筒式磁选机为研究对象,通过对磁系、槽体结构以及传动方式优化设计,研制出一种磁性矿物回收率高、机械性能稳定和维护方便的磁选设备。 The recovery rate of the magnetic minerals is an important indicator for evaluating the performance of a magnetic separator. In the paper, the traditional countercurrent permanent magnetic drum separator served as the research objective, after optimizing the structure of magnetic system and tank as well as the transmission style, a kind of magnetic separator with high recovery rate, stable mechanical properties and convenient maintenance was developed.
