摘要
与常规筒式永磁磁选机相比,盘式尾矿回收磁选机因其分选空间大、回收率高、制造与运行成本低等优势尤其适用于尾矿回收作业。本文基于盘式尾矿回收磁选机的关键参数设计、历史发展进程及其应用范围等,对国内该设备的研究现状进行了综述,并对盘式尾矿回收磁选设备及其技术的发展前景做了展望。
Compared with the conventional drum permanent magnetic separator, the disk-type magnetic separator for recovering tailings is more suitable for tailings recovery because of its large separating space, high recovery ratio, low manufacturing and operation cost. In the aspect of key parameters designing, history development process and application range of the disk-type magnetic separators for recovering tailings, the domestic study status of the separator was overviewed, and the future development of the separator and its technology was prospected also.
