摘要
永磁高梯度磁选机是随着永磁材料和强磁选机的发展于近二十年来出现的新型高梯度磁选机,其基本原理是利用永磁体产生的背景磁场和聚磁介质产生的磁场梯度力来捕捉微细粒弱磁性矿物。本文介绍了目前永磁高梯度磁选机的发展现状;同时分析指出其存在的问题和发展趋势,并对永磁高梯度磁选机的研究方向提出了几点建议。
With the development of permanent-magnet materials and strong magnetic separators m recent 20 years, the permanent-magnet high gradient magnetic separator is a new machine, So as to capture.fine weak particles and magnetic minerals by the background magnetic.field and the magnetic,field gradient.force. This article introduces the present status of development of domestic and ,foreign permanent-magnet high gradient magnetic separators, simultaneously analyses and points out the existing problems and the trend of development, and also puts forward suggestions on the research orientation of permanent-magnet high gradient magnetic separators.
