摘要
研究了石墨炉原子吸收法测定全血中锰和铝的方法。并提出测锰采用含硝酸镁和氨水为基体改进剂 ,测铝采用含硝酸铜和氨水为基体改进剂。按 1∶ 5体积比稀释血样 ,建立无干扰的加入法基体匹配校准曲线。本法检出限低 ,灵敏度高 ,实测样品具有良好的准确度和精密度。
A method was developed for direct determination of aluminium and manganese in whole blood by GFAAS.The blood sample after 5 fold dilution was treated with a matrix modifier which contains a mixture of 0.2% Mg(NO 3) 2-0.2% NH 3 for determination of aluminium and a mixture of 0.2% Cu(NO 3) 2-0.2% NH 3 for determination of manganese respectively.The matrix matching calibration curve of non interference was established with standard addition method.High sensitivity and Low limit of detection were obtained.The analytical data for real samples were found to meet the demands of accuracy and precision.
