摘要
本文通过正交试验法选择了石墨炉及其平台技术测定人发中痕量汞的最佳实验条件,找到了钯镍混合基体改进剂可将灰化温度提高到300℃而汞无挥发损失,测定灵敏度也有显著提高。本文提出用硝酸加硫酸作消解液,并在样品中预先加入PdCl_2作汞的稳定剂,可大大缩短消解时间。
Determination of trace mercury in the biomaterial by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, loss of mercury is bigger in the pyrolyzation process of samples. We have used matrix modifier of mercury, retard the loss of mercury in the process of pyrolyzation. palladium and nickel do for mixed matrix modifier is better than that others.The 50ppm Pd and 380ppm Ni mixed matrix modifier allowing pyrolyzation temprature go to 300℃, and mercury not at all volatilization losses. Samples of human hair washing use the detergent of hair. Palladium is added in the sample solution serve as the stabilizing agent when sample is digested, Characteristic contents of this method was 8.81×10^(-11)g/1%A. Limit of detection was 7.14×10^(-12)g(ng/ml, 3σ).The RSD was 3.27% (n= 11). The recovery of mercury in the range of 0.50—40.0μg was 94.3—104.7%. Results of contrast with the standard sample very satisfactory.
