摘要
为了降低棉结指标,从原料、轧花、纺纱过程3方面分析了棉结产生的原因,详细叙述了棉结的控制办法,重点阐述了清棉、梳棉工艺及梳棉机设备状态对棉结的影响并提出了控制措施。指出,棉结是纱线的有害疵点,是衡量棉条质量的重要指标之一,其产生是几种因素共同导致,应采取系统的方法,从原料、工艺、设备、温湿度等多方面综合考虑、有的放矢。
In order to reduce the cotton neps,analysis is done to the cause resulting in neps from three points,say,material,cotton ginning,and spinning.Detailed introduction is made to the countermeasures against the cotton neps.Highlight is given to the impact of clearing and carding processes and the card frame on neps,and the countermeasures are given herewith.Conclusion is made that neps is harmful to yarn and it is one of the important specifications determining the quality of cotton sliver.Neps usually result from several factors,thus comprehensive methods needed including material,process,equipment and humiture and such.
