基于动态精度的直驱型高速机床主轴箱静动态特性分析 被引量:3

Static and dynamic analysis of the headstock in direct driven high speed CNC machine tool based on dynamic accuracy

摘要 分析了直线电机驱动型高速立式加工中心Z向进给系统的主轴箱受力情况,根据主轴箱部件力流特征设计了新结构,并将新设计的主轴箱与原有结构进行静力学和模态分析对比,以改善结构静动态特性。为了防止不良主轴激振频率影响主轴箱动态稳定性能,保证高速切削加工时精密零件、模具的表面精度,分析了主轴箱的谐响应性能,以找出激振频率下主轴箱的动态精度特征。分析结果表明,在曲面精加工时,采用12800rpm或18000rpm的主轴转速,激振力对切削加工动态精度影响最小,可以得到最佳切削加工表面精度。
