摘要
在机械加工过程中,振动现象严重影响生产效率与被加工件的表面质量,同时损坏切削刀具,造成噪声污染。因此,分析机械加工过程中机械振动的成因并通过相关措施进行抑制是机械加工行业重要的研究内容。文章结合工作实际,针对机械加工过程中振动现象的产生原因及其特征进行了分析,并提出相应的措施,为解决机械加工过程中机械振动现象提供参考。
In the process of machining, mechanical vibration seriously influences the production effi- ciency and the work-piece's surface quality on the one hand, and damages cutting tools and causes noise pol- lution on the other. Therefore, it has become an important research topic for the industry to analyze its cause in the process of machining and propose some measures to eliminate it to a low level. Combining with work- ing practice, this paper makes an analysis first of all of the vibration causes of the machining process and their characteristics. And then some corresponding solutions are proposed as a reference for solving mechani- cal vibration in the process of machining.
