摘要
目的 观察稳心颗粒对慢性心力衰竭患者焦虑、抑郁症状治疗的有效性,以及对慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常的治疗效果.方法 选取2010年9月至2012年1月在河北大学附属医院住院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者96例（心功能均为Ⅱ ～Ⅲ级）,按就诊顺序随机分为稳心组和药物组,各48例,药物组用基础药物治疗（地高辛＋利尿剂＋血管扩张药＋β受体阻断剂）,稳心组在药物治疗基础上加用稳心颗粒,治疗6周后对比两组患者治疗前、治疗后心律失常的情况,并使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）与焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分比较患者焦虑、抑郁症状的改善情况,用SPSS 13.0统计学软件进行数据分析.结果稳心组患者的评分降低较药物组组更显著[ HAMD：（8.6±2.6） vs （12.4±4.2）;SAS：（37.6±5.9） vs （43.7±6.0）],两组治疗前HAMD、SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,治疗6周后,HAMD、SAS评分显著低于治疗前（P〈0.05）;稳心组患者治疗心律失常的总有效率显著高于药物组[95.83%（46/48） vs 35.42%（17/48）]（P〈0.05）.结论 稳心颗粒在辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭患者心律失常的同时能够改善患者焦虑、抑郁症状,治疗作用安全、有效,无明显不良反应.
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Wenxin granule on anxiety and depression, and cardiac arrhythmias combined with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods During Sep. 2010 and Jan. 2012,96 patients with class Ⅱ ～Ⅲ CHF frora Hebei University Affiliated Hospital were selected and randomly divided into wenxin group and basic medicine group. The basic medicine group was treated with basic drugs （ digoxin ＋ Diuretics ＋ vasodilator ＋ β-blockers） , and wenxin group was added Wenxin granule on the basis of the basic drugs. Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） scare, self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） score and rate of cardiac arrhythmias were measured in all patients before and after six weeks of treatment using SPSS13.0 sta- tistical software. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in HAMD and SAS score before treatment（ P 〉 0.05 ） ; after six weeks of treatment, compared with the basic medicine group, the HAMD and SAS score of the wenxin group were much significantly decreased（ HAMD ：8.6 ± 2.6 vs 12.4± 4.2; SAS ：37.6 ±V 5.9 vs 43.7± 6.0） （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;total effective rate on the cardiac arrhythmia of wenxin group was significantly higher than basic medication group [ 95.83 % （46/48） vs 35.42% （ 17/48 ） ] （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion Wenxin Granule not only can improve the cardiac arrhythmia in CHF patients as auxiliary treatment, but also can improve symptom of anxiety and depression, with good safety and efficacy without obvious adverse effects.
