摘要
慢性心力衰竭是各种器质性心血管疾病的终末阶段,常合并抑郁等心理障碍。中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁具有独特优势,并取得显著疗效。现结合近年来国内外相关文献,从中医药对慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁的病因病机、证候规律及临床治疗等方面进行综述。
Chronic heart failure is the final stage of various organic cardiovascular diseases,often combined with depression and other psychological disorders.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating chronic heart failure complicated with depression and has achieved remarkable curative effects.Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,the etiology,pathogenesis,syndromes and clinical treatment of chronic heart failure combined with depression were reviewed.
