摘要
壳聚糖是一种天然高分子的多糖衍生物,其具有生物相容性、成膜性、抗菌性和其他良好的特性,被广泛应用于各种领域。近年来,对壳聚糖及其衍生物的性质有了深入的了解,它的应用在口腔领域得到了很大的扩展。该文综合了国内外近几年来的研究情况,阐述了壳聚糖及其衍生物在口腔牙周领域方面的应用,例如将壳聚糖及其衍生物作为牙周药物的缓释载体、牙周抗菌材料、引导牙周组织再生材料、修复骨缺损材料等。
Chitosan is a kind of natural polymers which is widely used in various fields due to its biocompati- bility, film-processing ability, antibacterial, and other good properties. In recent years, with a deeper understanding of chitosan and its derivatives, its application in the oral field is greatly expanded. Here is to make a review of the application of the chitosan and its derivatives in oral periodontal field after summarizing the results at home and abroad. For example, chitosan and its derivatives are used as sustained release carrier of periodontal drug, antibac- terial material, tissue regeneration guiding material, bone defect repair material and so on.
