摘要
地膜穴播春小麦能获得增产已为生产实践证明 ,对覆膜小麦生理生化的研究结果表明 :地膜覆盖后 ,可明显增加土壤的含水量 ,维持小麦叶片较高的含水量和水势 ,降低叶片脯氨酸含量 ,降低叶片细胞的膜脂过氧化水平 ,提高叶绿素的总含量 ,增大叶面积及叶面积指数( LAI) ,从而促进小麦的生长发育和干物质积累 ,增加单株分蘖数和成穗数等。本研究为地膜小麦增产的原因提供了理论分析。
This paper deals with the mechanism of increasing yield of spring wheat by using plastic mulching technologies.The results of plastic mulching (M) on physiological and biochemical properties were as follows:M enhanced the earth moisture,maintained higher leaf water contents and water potential,diminished the accumulation of free proline in leaf,increased the contents of protein in leaf,decreased the level of lipid peroxidation in leaf,increased the leaf area and leaf area index,enhanced the contents of chlorophyll of leaves.As a result,plastic mulching promoted the growth an development of wheat and dry matter productivity,increased the number of tillering per seedling and ears.
