摘要
作为现代服务业新兴领域的车联网,因涉及产业领域众多、产业带动作用强而倍受关注。如何建立车联网有效商业模式是推动产业发展中非常重要的内容。本文在介绍现有车联网商业模式的基础上,做了简要原因分析,并提出车联网商业模式应是通过O2O方式围绕车主服务的CRM(客户关系管理)+DMS(供应商渠道管理)的大数据营销服务。
As the new area of modern service industry, the vehicle connectivity is attracting worldwide attention, because of more involved areas by the vehicle connectivity industry, and much more pulling function for the economy growth. The very important thing for promoting the vehicle connectivity industry is how to establish profitable business model. The paper introduces the existing business model firstly, and then analyzes the non- profit reason of the industry; at last proposes that big data marketing service on the basis of CRM and DMS, which is the profitable business model of vehicle connectivity, by means of 020 and focusing on driver's service need.
