摘要
通过天然气国际合作项目MRO物资采购管理的问题分析,总结适用的采购方式。针对采购控制参数订货点、订货周期、订货数量,提出了相应的采购控制策略。最后基于不同分类提出了相应的采购模式,对各类供应商的选择提出了建议。研究成果对于天然气国际项目在保持较高服务水平的情况下降低采购成本有较大的应用价值。
Considering MRO material procurement management problem of the natural gas international cooperation project, the common procurement methods were summarized. Purchasing control strategy was proposed considering procurement control parameters of order cycle, order point, order number. Finally, the corresponding procurement mode was proposed based on different classification, various supplier selection was suggested. This research will be an important reference to lower procurement investment while maintaining a high level of service for natural gas international project.
