摘要
MRO物料是生产过程中的间接材料,具有品种规格多、需求量较小、采购成本高等特征,针对其特征建立了MRO采购决策模型,即在分析两类MRO采购模式的成本的基础上,采用SOM神经网络对MRO物料进行聚类,从而确定不同种类的MRO物料的采购模式。最后,通过实例对采购决策模型进行了验证。
Maintenance, Repair and operations (MRO) are indirect materials in production process, have some characteristics, such as large sum of types, low requirement, and high procurement cost. According to these characteristics, a decision model of MRO procurement was established, that is, based on the analysis of the two kinds of cost of MRO procurement mode, the SOM neural network was used to clustering MRO material, thus determine procurement mode of different types of MRO materials. Finally, the deci- sion model was verified by an example.
