摘要
农民负担过重问题年年治理年年突出。究其原因 ,除了基层干部在执行政策时的偏差外 ,更主要的还在于我国与农业发展关系密切的几个法律、法规本身的缺陷。指出这些不足 。
Every year the problems of peasants' heavy burdens have been brought under control but some more are arising later on.The reason for this mainly lies in some flaws within the laws and regulations relevant close to the agriculture development in China besides some mistakes made by the carders at grass root levels when they implement the policies. Analyses being made and shortcoming being found out will bring us some solutions to the end of the above problems.
