摘要
采用直接酯化法为合成方法,从催化剂种类和用量、酸/醇摩尔比、反应时间和温度、带水剂种类等影响酯化反应的关键因素入手,研究了它们对酯化反应酯化率和双键损失率的影响规律,合成了酯化率大于95%、双键损失率低于2%的高性能酯化大单体。酯化前和酯化后的样品经过了红外表征。
Based on the direct esterification method, the key factors that influenced the esterification reaction,including catalyst type and usage, acid/Ml'EG molar ratio, reaction time and temperature anu water - carrying agents, were investigated. In this way, high performance esterification macromonomers that possessed over 95% esterification rate and below 2% double bond loss percentage was prepared. The sample before and after esterification was characterized by infrared spectrum.
