摘要
高等学校专业教师肩负着育人职责,更具有借助专业素质所带来的人格魅力和教学组织过程与学生交流的便利。高校应针对高等学校学生思想政治工作的时代性特点,不断探索思想政治工作的有效途径,着力引导专业教师坚持正确的政治方向,加强思想道德修养,增强社会责任感,全员、全程参与学生思想政治工作,充分发挥其育人作用,成为大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。
The professional teachers in college who have their typical personality charm are responsible for morally educating students. They are easily communicate with their students in the teaching process. With the epochal character of ideological political work in higher education, effective methods for carried out ideological political work should be explored. Therefore, fulling professional teachers is to insist their right political direction, to enhance their morals and ethics, to strengthen their social responsibility, to involve in ideological political work and to be students＇ director and guide.
